How often does Pricelio refresh competitor prices?
Our crawlers scan every competitor you add up to once per hour. When a new price is detected we instantly update your dashboard and send a notification (e-mail, in-app…). That means you see market shifts long before routine Google Shopping crawls pick them up.
How is the “Price Index” calculated and why does it matter?
For each SKU we divide every competitor’s price by your own, multiply by 100, and average the results. An index of 92 means you’re 8 % cheaper on average; 108 means you’re 8 % higher. It’s a single number your whole team can track to judge competitiveness without digging through hundreds of rows.
How many products can I track on the Basic plan?
The Basic plan covers 100 products, with up to 5 competitor sites per product. Upgrade anytime to increase both limits — your historical data and alerts remain intact, so scaling up is seamless.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Pricelio is global. We recognise prices in 150+ currencies.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you return later, your data can be re-activated—nothing is deleted without explicit confirmation.
Is installation complicated?
Setup takes about 3 minutes. Paste your product list (CSV or Excel) and enter the competitors you care about or use the auto suggest feature to suggest competitors. Pricelio starts crawling immediately, and you’ll see the first insights immediatly.
Can I export data?
